Gina Duel was born in San Francisco, California. She completed her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Western University of Health Studies in Pomona, California.
Gina is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Association of Neurosurgical Physician Assistants, and the Wyoming Association of Physician Assistants. She is a Certified Physician Assistant with the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
Gina competed as a professional figure skater for years, and continues to enjoy active pursuits. She and her family spend leisure time outdoors, camping, hunting, and fishing.
Justin Kidd, P.A. – C. joined the neurosurgery department in 2011. Born in Harare, capital of Zimbabwe, Justin moved to Savannah, Georgia where he attended South University. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from P.A. school in 2002.
Justin joined the staff at Neurological Institute of Savannah and worked with Dr. Daniel Suh for 7 ½ years. He and Dr. Suh served three hospitals with one being a Level One trauma center.
As a combat medic in South Africa, Justin moved with his troops. He received honors for his medical service to the troops after being first responder at a motor vehicle accident.
An avid outdoors enthusiast, Justin enjoys hunting, hiking, cycling, and is a former triathlon athlete. He also enjoys carpentry/woodworking, and carving furniture.
Married and a father of 5, Justin is a recipient of Wood Badge Beads in Scouting. The Wood Badge is earned as an adult leader and is the culmination of training with the themes of Living the Values, Bringing the Vision to Life, Models for Success, Tools of the Trade, and Leading to Make a Difference.

New to our staff beginning December 2011, we are pleased to have Matthew Hale, PA-C join our team. Although being born in Tupelo, Mississippi his family lived in Biloxi, MS along the beautiful Gulf Coast.
Matt’s formal education is an Undergraduate Degree (BS) in Neuroscience with Spanish Double Major from Brigham Young University, and Graduate Degree (MS) from South University PA Program in Savannah, GA.
Compassion and excellence in what he does can be explained this way, “being a neurosurgical Physician Assistant has been an extremely rewarding experience and I try to give each patient the same personal care and attention I would give to my own family.”
In his spare time, Matt enjoys playing with his two wonderful kids, Callie and Asher. Along with his wife Rachel, the Hale family loves winter outdoor activities such as cross country skiing, sledding, and hiking. During the summer they enjoy soccer, tennis and running.

Since February 2003, Mountain View Clinic has had the pleasure of having Cody McVay supporting Drs Kopitnik, Bergquist and Saydjari. Prior to joining MVC, Cody studied veterinary medicine in Fort Collins, CO.
A hometown girl, born and raised in Casper, WY, she received her Master of Science (MS) degree in Nursing from the University of Wyoming in 2010, graduating with honors. Her Associate of Science (AS) degree in Nursing was received from Casper College in 2007, graduating with honors. Her Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Equine Science and Veterinary Medicine was received from Colorado State University in 2002, graduating Cum Laude. She has an Associate of Science (AS) in Agriculture and Pre-Veterinary Medicine from Casper College in 2000, graduating with honors. She is also the recipient of the American Society of Animal Science Award.
Cody is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, American Association of Neuroscience Nurses Association of Perioperative Registered Nurses, and American Heart Association where she is a current BLS instructor. She is also a member of National Scholars Society, Alpha Zeta Honor Society, Gamma Sigma Delta Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society, and Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society.
Living every day to the fullest, Cody enjoys the outdoors (camping, hiking, boating, water skiing), traveling to new places, and playing with her critters. She will most likely attend any equestrian activity. She loves spending time with her horses!
All this she shares with her husband. Together their family also includes 3 horses, 2 dogs, and a cat.
